Jason Muniz and Matt Hollander, principals at HDC, bring their extensive experience and leadership to ECP. Together, they have spearheaded transformative projects like The Creamery, one of Michigan’s first all-electric, net-zero ready apartment communities, and Hillcrest Village, a pioneering partnership with the Little River Band of Ottawa Indians.
