An active building performance consultant, speaker, educator, and designer, Matt’s personal mission is to bring each project closer to net positive energy and water without compromising the comfort or quality of life of residents. Matt’s family has been in the affordable housing industry for over 45 years and he has done everything from vacuuming hallways to closing complex, multilayered financing packages.
